Welcome to Stinson Beach
A rural, beachy destination
Stinson Beach is a small town in Marin County, California, not far from San Francisco. It’s close enough to the city to provide a natural, beautiful escape, but far enough to feel peaceful. It’s also only a few miles from Bolinas, so it’s linked to other Marin seaside communities.
Stinson Beach is best known for (surprise) its beach! Its white sand makes it somewhat of an anomaly in Northern California, and people tend to flock here to enjoy its natural beauty. Swim, build sandcastles, or play volleyball—this beach has it all.
Home values are high in this area—the average home costs nearly $4 million. Stinson is all about location. Imagine waking up in your cliffside bungalow to see one of the most beautiful beaches in this part of California? A worthy experience.
